Eleanor Himmelfarb was born in 1910. She was an artist and educator who lived and worked in Winfield, Illinois and passed away June 16, 2009.

Himmelfarb participated in a collaborative print project at Normal Editions Workshop as part of a short term residency with the Visiting Artist Program at the School of Art at Illinois State University in 1993.
