James McGarrell

James McGarrell was born February 22, 1930 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was an American painter and educator who lived and worked in Bloomington, Indiana; St. Louis, Missouri; and Newbury, Vermont. McGarrell passed away February 7, 2020.
