Florence Portfolio

The plates for the Florence Portfolio, a collaborative project sponsored by Christians in the Visual Arts (CIVA) on the theme of Sacrifice in the Old and New Testaments, were created in Santa Reparata Graphic Art Centre in Florence Italy.

The Florence Portfolio was printed by Normal Editions Workshop, Illinois State University at Normal, under the direction of Richard Finch. The handmade paper for the project was created by Meda and Veda Rives, Mirror Image Press, Virden, Illinois.

The Florence Portfolio is in the collection of the Vatican Museum of Contemporary Art, Vatican City, The Grunewald Center for Graphic Arts at the Armand Hammer Museum, Los Angeles, and the Cincinnati Museum of Art, as well as several private and college collections.
