International Printmaking: A Unique Overview

A survey of current printmaking activities in various parts of the world. Panelists include Todd DeVriese (Printmaking in United Arab Emirates), Xiaowen Chen (Making Prints in China), Sean Caulfield (Printmaking in Canada), and Akiko Taniguchi (Printmaking in Japan).

American Images in Print: Past and Present

Panel explored uniquely American imagery in various print related media and their contemporary and historical contexts. Panelists include Dr. Joni L. Kinsey (Chromos and Controversies in the 1870's: Thomas Moran and Louis Prang's Western Series), John Whitesell (The Screen Art of Sylvia Wald and Byron Burford), and Mark Klett (Projects based on 19th Century Photographs of the American West: The "Third View" and "Yosemite in Time").

Panel focused on various aspects of artists’ books. Panelists include Buzz Spector (Pages), and Eric Rohmann (Book Art and Illustration), Rachel Melis (Natural Ephemera and Paper), and Jamie Stukenberg (Color Correction in Digital Photography).
